Ghost of Provence
Brooklyn’s own visual artist has been called a “mad scientist” more than once.
Using analog equipment dating back from the 80s, mixed in with the latest video eurorack rig, Ghost designs projections and music video for bands and venues.
When they’re not transforming forgotten 8mm home movies into mind-bending visual tapestries, Ghost can be found twisting knobs and plugging cables (sooo many cables) at live venues, bringing a unique vibe to each performance.
From dive bars to galleries and concert venue staples, each show is calibrated to create a fully immersive experience
It all started with a Craigslist purchase of a Panasonic mixer in Maryland…
and a healthy dose of dyi magic.
